Trust matters. Especially in coaching.

I understand scepticism about coaching — truly. There are people online who overpromise, blur boundaries, or operate without integrity. I’ve seen that side of the industry first-hand, and it’s one of the reasons I do this work the way I do. I have been a client of an on-line coach whose behavior has emerged as clearly un-ethical, and it left me questioning coaching as an industry, how I want to run my own business, as well as how I want my clients to feel.

I didn’t pursue coaching qualifications because I needed a certificate to have wisdom or insight. I did it because I value ethical frameworks, confidentiality, supervision, and accountability. Those things matter — to you and to me.

Alongside my coaching work, I’ve been a veterinary surgeon for decades. Professional conduct, trust, consent, and responsibility aren’t abstract concepts to me — they are lived experience every day. I bring that same standard of care into my coaching practice.

I may not be the flashiest coach or have the biggest following. But I am honest, approachable, professional, ethical, and properly qualified. No matter how big my following gets or how flashy I may become (spoiler alert - probably not very!) I will always provide a professional and ethical yet still profoundly valuable experience for my clients.

That’s also why I always offer a free, no-obligation chat before we work together. Coaching is a relationship. We both need to feel it’s a good fit — safe, respectful, and constructive.

So if you’re sceptical about signing up with someone from the

internet?

Good. You should be.

Use discernment. Ask questions. Get reassurance. Check credentials and values.

And then, if it feels right, get ready to see just how far coaching can take you with the right coach.

If you are interested to see where you can go with me in your corner - I'd love to chat
